Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end FPGA development for air-to-air radar, covering architecture, synthesis, integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with avionics and radar teams to define top-level FPGA requirements and interface specifications.
- Convert MATLAB-based algorithms into optimized fixed-point VHDL code.
- Evaluate system architecture options and perform performance tradeoff analysis.
- Validate real-time operation of FPGA-based systems.
- Participate in peer-reviewed development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
