Responsibilities
- Act as the administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing, anticipating needs to enable focus on high-impact initiatives
- Manage relationships with senior leadership, external vendors, partners, and key stakeholders globally
- Prioritize competing demands and redirect requests appropriately while maintaining executive alignment
- Manage intricate calendars across multiple time zones, balancing various strategic and operational meetings
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage logistics for high-stakes meetings, including offsites, vendor presentations, and workshops
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports in accordance with travel and expense policies
- Facilitate information flow between the Senior Vice President, leadership team, global manufacturing teams, and cross-functional partners
- Draft, review, and refine executive communications, presentations, and strategic documents
- Represent the Senior Vice President's office with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
- Collaborate with other executive coordinators to build a strong administrative community
- Utilize digital tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of executive-level support to VP, SVP, or C-suite leaders in complex, global, or technology-driven organizations
- Proven success supporting leaders in fast-paced transformation environments
- Bachelor’s degree
