About the Role

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for endpoint security sensors with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance across diverse operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for endpoint sensors
  • Write and execute test cases for sensor functionality across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Improve test coverage for critical security features
  • Design tools to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze test results to ensure product quality
  • Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in sensor behavior and performance
  • Work closely with platform and security teams to validate new features
  • Ensure compliance with security and performance standards
  • Participate in code and test plan reviews
  • Drive improvements in test automation infrastructure
  • Evaluate sensor performance under real-world threat conditions
  • Contribute to documentation for testing procedures and frameworks
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers in test development best practices
  • Stay current with evolving endpoint security threats and technologies
  • Optimize test execution speed and resource usage
  • Integrate security testing into development workflows
  • Validate sensor updates across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Support incident response with forensic testing data
  • Ensure sensor resilience under high-load scenarios
  • Collaborate on cross-team initiatives to enhance product quality
  • Report on testing metrics and quality trends
  • Promote a culture of quality and automation within the team
