Responsibilities
- Carry out document production tasks following defined policies and workflows
- Carefully review incoming requests to determine the correct production method and ensure full execution through all stages
- Apply independent decision-making and follow established guidelines to edit, proofread, format, generate, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show proficiency with relevant technology, software, and hardware required for document workflows
- Support coordination of document preparation, intake, and workflow across the team
- Resolve advanced technical issues related to software or equipment
- Maintain accurate records using logs or tracking systems for all assigned assignments
- Deliver work on time, meeting all agreed-upon deadlines for receipt, completion, and submission
- Communicate proactively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding task progress or timeline concerns
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong client relationships
- Manage confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
- Conduct quality reviews on documents produced by others
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
- Support peer teams with proofreading, layout, or other document-related tasks as needed
- Complete additional duties assigned by leadership
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication
- Follow internal company policies and client-specific site rules
- Use tools, equipment, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste
