Responsibilities
- Carry out document production tasks following defined policies and procedures
- Carefully evaluate job requests, determine the correct workflow, and ensure full execution from start to finish
- Apply independent judgment and follow established standards, formats, and protocols to edit, proofread, convert, generate, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show intermediate to advanced proficiency with relevant technology, software, hardware, and equipment required for the role
- Support coordination of document preparation, intake, and workflow among team members
- Resolve complex software or hardware issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate logs and tracking systems for all assigned assignments
- Meet all agreed-upon timelines for receiving, finishing, and delivering work
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, or clients regarding job status or scheduling concerns
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and strong client relationships
- Manage confidential and sensitive materials and data with discretion
- Conduct quality reviews on documents produced by others
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
- Support peer teams with proofreading, layout, or other document-related tasks as needed
- Complete additional duties assigned by leadership
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication
- Comply with both company and client-specific policies and guidelines
- Operate equipment and manage supplies in a way that minimizes waste and controls costs

- Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
