Responsibilities

- Advise clients on negotiation strategies, cost optimization, and vendor selection for cloud providers
- Publish timely research reports, market analysis, and decision frameworks for cloud sourcing
- Deliver executive-level briefings and consulting sessions on cloud procurement trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing insights with technology adoption patterns
- Identify emerging trends in cloud pricing models, contract structures, and service-level agreements
- Engage with cloud service providers to gather intelligence on offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during client acquisition and retention efforts
- Present findings at industry conferences and client events across North America
- Maintain deep expertise in major public cloud platforms and their procurement ecosystems
- Guide clients through multi-cloud and hybrid sourcing decisions
- Evaluate financial implications of long-term cloud commitments and discount models
- Develop benchmarks and performance metrics for cloud vendor management
- Contribute to intellectual property development in sourcing methodologies
