About the Role

Shape the future of enterprise architecture as a Senior Director Analyst within a global insights organization. This role drives high-impact research and strategic guidance, helping organizations navigate complex technology landscapes through actionable intelligence and forward-looking analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce original, high-value insights that guide enterprise technology strategy and decision-making
  • Translate technical depth into executive-level guidance aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver presentations at industry forums, client sessions, and virtual events with clarity and authority
  • Anticipate market shifts and emerging trends to inform research direction and client advisory
  • Review and elevate peer content to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic relevance
  • Collaborate across a global network of analysts to refine methodologies and expand insight delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strengthen client engagement by delivering timely, relevant, and practical recommendations

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with over 12 years in enterprise architecture or related fields. Proven leadership in architecture domains—such as AI, data, applications, or infrastructure—is essential. The ideal candidate connects technical depth with strategic vision, communicates effectively with C-suite audiences, and operates with independence in a collaborative environment.

A graduate degree is preferred. Must be comfortable traveling up to 25% when necessary. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, synthesize findings, and defend conclusions is required.
