Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as CRM technical consultant
- Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules
- Experienced in using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, Model‑Driven & Canvas Apps
- Strong understanding of AI and Copilot
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations
- Well versed and experienced in implementation projects from scratch and support projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
