- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired system states
- Support integration testing and user acceptance workflows
- Provide input on system design based on business priorities
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to milestone planning
- Prepare training materials and documentation for end users
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations
- Facilitate workshops to define project scope and goals
- Evaluate vendor solutions for fit with business needs
