Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, record, verify, and resolve issues in electronic systems ranging from printed circuit boards to fully integrated electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and test engineering, serving as the technical authority for hardware components.
- Lead hardware optimization through laboratory, environmental, and in-flight aircraft testing.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify, report, and correct unexpected system behaviors within a safety-focused development environment.
- Support ongoing enhancement of team workflows and engineering standards through technical mentorship and leadership.
