Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable and adaptive machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI systems featuring self-improving behaviors.
- Create, deploy, and validate artificial intelligence solutions suitable for production use to address real-world business challenges.
- Utilize optimization, recommendation engines, and reinforcement learning to deliver data-driven decision support.
- Guide the selection, testing, and refinement of machine learning models, including experimental design, data analysis, and performance tuning.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI, ML, and generative models to integrate cutting-edge techniques into practical applications.
- Compare new and established ML approaches through benchmarking to assess performance, limitations, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate the viability of innovative AI and generative technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on predictive and prescriptive modeling strategies.
- Promote ongoing model refinement by exploring new methodologies and enhancing current systems.
- Apply software engineering best practices to develop and maintain complex machine learning architectures.
- Extract meaningful insights from data, formulate strategic recommendations, and communicate findings across multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation
Starting salaries are generally targeted near the midpoint of the published range. Final offers reflect experience, technical expertise, certifications, and organizational requirements.
