Genesys was looking for a Sr Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive in Turkey at Genesys Turkey Cloud Software Services LLC, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and collaborating with the regional sales team. You will identify customer needs, connect them with Genesys solutions, and close sales while building trusted relationships with prospects and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Revenue: Identify customer needs, connect them with Genesys solutions, and close sales.
  • Collaborate: Work with partners, peers, and colleagues to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop new opportunities with support from Marketing.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships within prospect and customer accounts.
  • Innovate: Bring new ideas to the team and customers.
  • Customer Success: Help partners and customers maximize their ROI with Genesys.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for CX: Strong commitment to customer experience.
  • Sales Expertise: 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Cloud Sales experience with proven success.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Turkish and English.
  • Proactive Approach: Can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills.

  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in complex, consultative sales.
  • Effective communication with all levels within partner/customer organizations.
