Lead the growth of a strategic partner channel for SpendHound, a software platform focused on vendor management and benchmarking. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with outsourced finance providers, driving customer acquisition through referrals and co-developed strategies. You'll shape the foundation of a scalable partner program, working closely with a small, agile team to define best practices and expand reach.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–20 finance-focused partner organizations, serving as their primary point of contact
- Develop joint sales and marketing strategies to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate deal velocity
- Track and report on pipeline performance, forecasting, and goal achievement tied to partner-sourced revenue
- Design repeatable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align resources and support partner success
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization and help refine product and service offerings based on feedback
Who You Are
- You’ve spent 3–5 years in channel, alliance, or indirect sales roles within technology or professional services
- You’re driven by results and have a track record of hitting or exceeding targets through partner-led growth
- You communicate confidently with executives and external stakeholders, representing the company with credibility
- You’re self-motivated, thrive in ambiguous environments, and take initiative without waiting for direction
- You enjoy building programs from the ground up and optimizing them over time
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $100,000 with a $50,000 uncapped performance bonus, plus equity. Benefits include flexible vacation, wellness and learning stipends, generous 401K matching, parental leave, and team events. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility across the U.S., with office hubs in New York, Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. International applicants considered where supported.
