YipitData is hiring a SpendHound Partner Manager

Lead the expansion of a strategic partner channel by managing and growing relationships with outsourced finance firms. In this role, you'll drive revenue by enabling partners to refer and onboard new customers, helping shape the future of our indirect sales strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Manage an evolving portfolio of 10–20 partner organizations, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, including co-marketing, referral workflows, and scalable enablement processes
  • Track and own performance against customer acquisition targets, with accountability for forecasting and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to equip partners with the resources they need
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and refine the model as the program scales
  • Represent partner needs internally, ensuring feedback informs product and process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner sales, alliances, or business development within tech or services
  • Proven ability to drive results through indirect sales channels and meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • A self-starter mindset—you take initiative and lead without waiting for direction
  • Experience building programs from early stages and adapting quickly in fast-moving environments

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $100,000 with an uncapped bonus target of $50,000, for an on-target earnings potential of $150,000. Additional equity is included. We offer a 401K match, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, parental leave, and flexible vacation and work hours.

This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility across the U.S. Optional office access is available in NYC, Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. We support a remote-friendly culture with in-person collaboration opportunities.
