About the Role

Lead the expansion of a high-impact channel sales program by building and managing relationships with outsourced finance partners. You'll drive revenue for a rapidly growing software platform by establishing, scaling, and optimizing partner-driven customer acquisition. This role is central to shaping how we grow through alliances and requires a hands-on strategist who thrives in ambiguity and values measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and deepen relationships with a growing portfolio of 10–20 finance-focused partner organizations
  • Establish clear communication and performance expectations, aligning on shared goals and growth targets
  • Drive new partner acquisition through proactive outreach, referrals, and strategic development
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of revenue goals tied to partner-sourced deals
  • Design repeatable processes and scalable playbooks for onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to equip partners with resources and insights
  • Track performance, report on key metrics, and implement improvements based on data and feedback
  • Represent partner needs internally to ensure continuous refinement of programs and support

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner alliances, or business development within technology or services
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through indirect sales channels
  • Strong executive communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with a track record of owning initiatives without oversight
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for building programs from the ground up and refining them over time
