Responsibilities
- Oversee complete specification lifecycle for finished goods, raw ingredients, work-in-progress, and packaging materials.
- Ensure adherence to retailer-specific standards and digital platform requirements for major clients such as Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, and Costco.
- Administer and update product specifications within retailer portals, including Coles Quality Management System and Woolworths Supplier Hub.
- Take ownership of artwork sign-off and guarantee label compliance with FSANZ Food Standards Code regulations.
- Lead allergen risk assessments using the VITAL methodology, serving as a key technical resource and system expert.
- Ensure high accuracy and reliability of all specification and labeling data while maintaining audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including New Product Development, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Commercial to support smooth product introductions and revisions.
- Maintain organized specification records, change control procedures, and governance protocols.
- Assist in preparing for SQF, retailer-specific, and regulatory audits by ensuring documentation completeness.

Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time.
