About the Role
This role involves driving sales and building relationships with healthcare providers in designated markets by promoting specialty pharmaceutical products through educational detailing and clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to introduce and support product use
- Deliver accurate, compliant clinical and product information to prescribers and staff
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration
- Identify and engage key accounts within the assigned geography
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product indications, safety, and competitive landscape
- Track and report all field activities using CRM tools
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in promotional activities
- Respond to provider inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Coordinate with medical affairs and reimbursement teams as needed
- Attend regional and national sales meetings and training sessions
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Support the execution of promotional programs and speaker events
- Build trust with healthcare professionals through consistent, ethical engagement
- Submit expense reports and administrative documentation promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all interactions
- Travel regularly within the Las Vegas and Albuquerque territories
- Establish goals for customer acquisition and retention
- Use data to identify high-potential accounts and prescribing trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve access and coverage issues
- Ensure all promotional materials are used appropriately and in compliance
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
- Report market feedback to headquarters for strategic planning
- Uphold company values in every customer interaction
- Manage time effectively to maximize field coverage
- Support brand initiatives through targeted outreach
