About the Role

This role is responsible for driving product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals by conducting in-person and virtual sales calls, delivering clinical presentations, and executing territory business plans to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote specialty pharmaceutical products to targeted healthcare providers
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits with prescribers and staff
  • Deliver accurate, compliant clinical presentations to medical audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare settings
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities and customer interactions
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in promotional activities
  • Respond to product-related inquiries with scientific and clinical data
  • Collaborate with regional team members to share best practices
  • Attend and support regional and national sales meetings
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory
  • Coordinate with medical affairs and reimbursement teams as needed
  • Ensure timely submission of expense and activity reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product indications and guidelines
  • Support patient access initiatives through provider education
  • Follow company policies for ethical promotion and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the brand at professional events and conferences

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
