Drive precision and performance in revenue operations by supporting the full Order-to-Cash cycle for a leading financial data organization. This role is essential in maintaining seamless commercial operations through accurate contract processing, pricing validation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage sales and renewal contracts via DocuSign, ensuring alignment with legal standards and internal guidelines.
- Process sales opportunities in Salesforce CPQ with strict attention to pricing accuracy and policy compliance.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to resolve client and operational inquiries promptly.
- Produce and interpret Salesforce reports to identify trends, track performance, and support process improvements.
- Support data integrity initiatives by participating in clean-up efforts and governance projects within Salesforce.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries through chat, email, or phone, delivering clear and timely assistance.
- Analyze recurring system issues to determine root causes and recommend solutions that improve data quality and client experience.
What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across departments.
- High level of accuracy, initiative, and professionalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools—particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—for reporting and documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and billing platforms is a plus, supporting faster onboarding and stronger performance.
Work Environment
This role operates on a night shift schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time and is primarily onsite. Scheduling may adapt based on business requirements.
