Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Monitor production processes and perform audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability
- Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance
- Support product developments, End to End management and supplier quality management
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends
- Focal point of contact for plant audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 5 - 12 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
