The Specialist, 3PL Services is responsible for overseeing key aspects of third-party logistics operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between external providers and internal departments such as Inventory Planning, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, and Engineering. This role is central to driving operational efficiency and supporting scalable growth through structured project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs
- Develop and refine workflows to enhance accuracy, speed, and service quality across logistics functions
- Monitor daily logistics operations, quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies or bottlenecks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, timelines, and expectations for project success
- Assist in defining staffing and logistical needs for new initiatives and ensure proper scheduling
- Track project progress, meet deadlines, and escalate risks that could affect outcomes
- Gather and interpret operational data to inform decisions and performance reporting
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in a logistics, operations, or project coordination role
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, with clear and effective communication abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity
- Proven ability to analyze complex information and recommend practical solutions
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable presenting findings and updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Understanding of end-to-end business workflows and cross-departmental integration
- Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-moving, high-pressure setting
Work Environment
This is an onsite role within a warehouse-based setting, requiring adherence to safety protocols including the use of protective gear.
