Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking Online Shopping Advisor to provide an exceptional shopping journey for Spanish-speaking customers. You will be the primary point of contact, offering support and guidance through multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries.
- Offer detailed product information, tailored recommendations, and guidance during the purchasing process.
- Address inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions to give accurate recommendations.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate closely with team members and departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an online retail or e-commerce setting.
