About the Role
The consultant will work directly with Spanish-speaking clients in the hospitality industry to assess service quality, recommend improvements, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through tailored consulting strategies and on-site support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients in the hospitality sector
- Deliver tailored service solutions to improve guest experience and operational performance
- Translate client needs into actionable consulting strategies
- Conduct on-site assessments at hotels, restaurants, and resorts
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement service improvements
- Monitor client satisfaction and track key performance indicators
- Prepare detailed reports on service audits and client feedback
- Support training initiatives for hospitality staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Escalate critical issues to senior consultants promptly
- Coordinate scheduling for client consultations and site visits
- Ensure compliance with service protocols across all engagements
- Assist in developing multilingual client materials
- Gather and analyze customer feedback in Spanish and English
- Promote consistent brand standards across client locations
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or hospitality studies
- Certification in hospitality consulting or service excellence
- Experience working in international markets
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality brands
- Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English
