LearnWorlds was looking for a Spanish/Portuguese speaking Customer Success Manager (Remote, Europe)

LearnWorlds is hiring a technically savvy Spanish/Portuguese speaking Customer Success Manager to sustain our business growth by maximizing customer value. In this remote European role, you will maintain customer relationships, implement success programs, and act as a key liaison between our clients and our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard, train, and provide resources to help new clients learn and maximize our product.
  • Proactively engage with customers post-implementation to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints, collaborating with Customer Support and Sales.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, monitor product usage and customer health, and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Help customers succeed with their course-selling or training business goals.
  • Identify high-risk clients likely to churn and develop strategies to minimize it.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue and customer value.
  • Collect client feedback and communicate it to the Product and Product Design teams to drive improvements.
  • Focus on building customer loyalty and cultivating close, long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Training, Support, Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • A BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Spanish and/or Portuguese communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A highly organized, multi-tasking approach with strong time management skills.
  • A self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes.
  • A passion for service, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
  • A calm and fast problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with creators and digital entrepreneurs.
  • Sales or Business Development experience.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools.
