Responsibilities
- Lead live client shadowing sessions to extract work in real time
- Identify high-pain, high-impact tasks without waiting for client direction
- Convert messy workflows, brain dumps, and recordings into clean SOPs
- Audit inboxes, calendars, and digital tools to uncover instant delegation wins
- Deliver the first functional SOP within 48 hours of client onboarding
- Work in-office with Bench VAs to ensure tight handoff and execution
- Turn Looms, voice notes, and messages into clear, executable tasks
- Maintain client trust around access, security, and managed-office workflows
- Own early client outcomes, speed, and momentum end-to-end
