Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, you'll act as a technical partner during high-stakes enterprise sales, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to shape solutions that meet complex business needs. Based in Spain and fluent in German, you’ll engage with multinational clients to define digital transformation strategies, demonstrate platform capabilities, and validate outcomes through structured proof-of-concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions from discovery through deal closure, aligning platform functionality with strategic business goals.
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations that connect technical features to measurable business impact.
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept initiatives, setting clear success metrics and showcasing quantifiable value.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical architectures and articulate compelling value propositions.
- Partner with sales teams on deal strategy and coordinate with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs post-sale.
- Contribute to product evolution by providing structured feedback from customer engagements and supporting responses to formal procurement requests.
What You Bring
- Fluency in both English and German, with additional European languages a plus.
- Minimum of four years in pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience guiding technical stakeholders and executive leaders through complex sales cycles.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to build ROI-driven solutions.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills adapted to varied audiences across large organizations.
- Excellent organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple concurrent opportunities, with a willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
Nice to Have
- Background in digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data systems, or tag management strategies.
- Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments or digital transformation consulting.
Technology Environment
Core tools include JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end integration and solution prototyping.
