About the Role

The role involves partnering with sales to translate customer challenges into technical solutions, delivering demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle with architectural guidance and proof-of-concept development.

Responsibilities

  • Collide customer business objectives with technical capabilities to propose effective security solutions
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases
  • Collaborate with sales representatives during client engagements
  • Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate solution fit
  • Translate technical specifications into business value propositions
  • Respond to technical inquiries from prospects
  • Support RFP and RFQ processes with accurate technical details
  • Work with product teams to relay market feedback
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
  • Assist in defining solution architecture for deployment scenarios
  • Troubleshoot technical issues raised during evaluation phases
  • Create customized technical documentation for clients
  • Participate in technical workshops and discovery sessions
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product functionality
  • Track pre-sales activities and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical blockers
  • Stay informed about industry trends in cybersecurity
  • Present at customer on-site and virtual meetings
  • Support pricing and licensing discussions with technical context
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement materials
