Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer requirements

- Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
- Create proof-of-concept implementations for prospective customers
- Support the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software platforms
- Experience with API integrations and data workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CRM or enterprise software systems
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
