Responsibilities
- Partnering with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
- Understanding customer requirements (security, scale, integrations, accuracy, workflows) and designing practical solutions
- Building and delivering technical demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Deploying and configuring environments in cloud or on-prem setups for customer evaluations
- Writing scripts or lightweight integrations (Python or JavaScript) to support demos and customer testing
- Troubleshooting customer challenges and guiding them toward successful outcomes
- Delivering engaging technical presentations to customers, partners, and events
- Supporting conferences and showcases with compelling technical demonstrations
- Sharing knowledge internally and helping Sales stay up to date as our platform evolves
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar)
- Hands-on programming ability in Python
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies quickly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
