About the Role

This role involves working closely with sales teams and customers to drive adoption and expansion of a secure networking platform by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer objectives and technical requirements
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
  • Translate customer challenges into technical solutions using platform capabilities
  • Support the sales process with proof-of-concept development and testing
  • Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and existing clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current customer accounts
  • Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
  • Assist in resolving technical barriers to purchase decisions
  • Develop documentation for use cases and integration scenarios
  • Participate in customer onboarding and follow-up technical discussions
  • Maintain deep knowledge of networking security principles and zero trust architecture
  • Stay current with competitor offerings and market trends
  • Present at webinars, customer meetings, and technical workshops
  • Ensure alignment between customer goals and product functionality
  • Help refine sales tools and technical collateral

Nice to Have

  • Background in cybersecurity or network administration
  • Prior experience with remote access or identity-based networking tools
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Knowledge of API integrations and developer workflows
