Masabi was looking for a Solutions Consultant

Masabi is looking for a Solutions Consultant to shape the design and delivery of technology impacting millions of transit riders. This high-impact, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and customer success, blending solution design, partner integration, and cross-functional collaboration across the full solution lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Business Development to qualify opportunities and shape customer thinking.
  • Run collaborative discovery sessions with customers and partners to gather technical and business requirements.
  • Facilitate solution workshops to align stakeholders around feasible, scalable designs.
  • Translate requirements into clear, practical solution architectures and data flows.
  • Own or contribute to RFP and proposal responses, particularly in regulated or public procurement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess feasibility and guide roadmap alignment.
  • Translate solutions into robust Statements of Work (SoWs) and commercial documentation.
  • Support third-party vendors when integrating with our platform via APIs.
  • Work with Delivery and Engineering to support smooth handoffs and solution implementation.
  • Identify gaps in documentation or integration flows, and raise issues with the right internal teams.
  • Feed insights from customer conversations and market requirements back to internal teams.
  • Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and onboarding materials for future hires and partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or product-focused role.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and integration flows.
  • Confident contributing to RFPs, SoWs, or structured procurement responses.
  • Skilled at guiding diverse stakeholders through complex topics and co-creating practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working across teams and navigating ambiguity with care and clarity.
  • Proactive and thoughtful, you take initiative and move things forward with awareness of others.
  • Experienced in working with enterprise or public-sector customers in complex environments.
  • Able to balance commercial, technical, and delivery considerations when shaping solutions.
  • A strong communicator, clear, concise, and adaptable across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Committed to building trust and acting as a strategic partner to customers and colleagues.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in transit, mobility, govtech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with fare collection systems or transit agency environments.
  • Exposure to partner integrations, particularly involving third-party hardware or SaaS platforms.
