Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of comprehensive learning solutions involving multiple components and systems
- Design integrated architectures that blend various learning modalities and delivery methods
- Produce detailed design documentation to direct development and implementation teams
- Ensure all learning solutions effectively target organizational objectives, performance challenges, and user needs
- Analyze learning goals, target audience characteristics, and operational context to inform design decisions
- Determine optimal combinations of in-person, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning strategies
- Weigh pedagogical impact against practical constraints such as budget, schedule, and technical feasibility
- Oversee vendor partnerships involved in content creation, platform management, or training delivery
- Communicate project scope and design expectations clearly to external collaborators
- Evaluate outputs from partners to confirm consistency with design plans and quality benchmarks
- Guide initiatives from initial concept through to execution and deployment
- Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate efforts across diverse teams
- Monitor project progression, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Assess storyboards, prototypes, and final learning assets for fidelity to design
- Offer constructive input to maintain alignment with original learning objectives
- Promote high standards of quality and measurable learning outcomes throughout the development lifecycle
