Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical point of contact after sale, guiding customers from initial implementation
- Manage onboarding processes, supporting deployment, setup, and live production integration
- Develop strategies for tool adoption and help customers embed the solution into their security practices
- Foster internal advocacy within client organizations to strengthen product uptake
- Perform periodic reviews to assess system health, architecture alignment, and operational efficiency
- Monitor customer maturity and identify opportunities for additional product usage
- Support renewal discussions with data-driven insights on return on investment and product impact
- Diagnose technical challenges by analyzing configurations, logs, and environment settings
- Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success teams to communicate customer requirements and feedback
- Create and maintain customer-facing resources including documentation and best practice materials
- Design repeatable processes and self-service tools to accelerate customer time-to-value

Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer's primary technical advisor from day one
- Lead onboarding engagements, guiding new customers through deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog
- Drive adoption by developing rollout strategies, building internal champions within customer organizations, and helping teams integrate TruffleHog into their existing security workflows
- Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and check-ins to ensure customers are realizing full value
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and positioning relevant add-on products
- Own the technical narrative for renewals, build ROI stories grounded in measurable outcomes and usage data
- Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and customer environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and feed back product insights
- Contribute to customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, and best practices guides
- Build scalable processes and self-serve resources that reduce time-to-value for customers
