Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute strategies that grow annual recurring revenue.
- Manage all technical pre-sales tasks such as discovery sessions, solution design, live demos, and custom proof-of-concept development.
- Uncover high-impact enterprise use cases and build workflows that position AI as a core strategic asset.
- Document effective solution designs into standardized playbooks and demo tools to scale field engineering efficiency.
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders across technical and executive levels, translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase customer engagement and platform understanding.
- Take the lead on responding to RFPs and security reviews, clearly communicating technical advantages and system architecture.
- Create adaptable workflow templates for use across client teams and integration into internal product resources.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure client feedback shapes future product development.
