Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and review of core architectural outputs, including design decisions, technical evaluations, and high-level system blueprints
- Act as a technical authority, collaborating with engineering leads and stakeholders to establish architectural standards and decision-making frameworks
- Support leadership in building business cases, refining cost models, and planning transformation initiatives
- Apply agile principles across cross-functional teams and client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs, diagnose challenges, and develop technically sound solutions
- Contribute to internal innovation projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Work on-site with clients or in office locations, with a minimum of two days per week spent in person
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a foundation in software engineering with proven experience guiding technical teams through delivery cycles. You are comfortable operating across architectural disciplines and have deep expertise in at least one domain. A mindset of continuous learning and improvement is essential.
- Practical experience applying architecture and delivery frameworks in real-world environments

- Preferred certifications in cloud platforms or architecture methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Working knowledge of agile at scale (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
- Proficiency with modeling tools like UML, ArchiMate, or Ardoq
