Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the technical design and implementation of enterprise-level applications utilizing Power Platform components—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI—with integrations to SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other external systems. Develop engineering documentation that outlines both current and proposed solutions, such as architectural diagrams and operational run books.

Provide hands-on support for proofs-of-concept and demos, engaging with internal customers to shape solution vision.
- Partner with the Citizen Development Product Manager and internal IT teams to establish and execute governance frameworks for Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio). This includes developing environment management protocols, security measures, data loss prevention strategies, optimizing licensing practices, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain new or existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Support and troubleshoot as needed, addressing bugs and performing root cause analysis. Guide backlog, review sprint architecture, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability. Remain updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
- Design and implement automated workflows (flows) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Microsoft's Power Automate platform to streamline business processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party apps via APIs and PA connectors (custom/standard).
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio (multi-agent orchestration, plugins/actions, grounding) and Azure AI Foundry, and begin to apply Agentic AI approaches to create adaptive, intelligent solutions.
