Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data platforms, pipelines, and system integrations, managing a team of skilled developers and technical consultants.
- Help define and implement strong data engineering standards and governance frameworks.
- Convert business and technical needs into actionable solution designs, including work breakdowns and resource planning.
- Assist clients in refining their operating models across people, technology, and processes.
- Leverage knowledge of vendor tools and client technology stacks to create effective, tailored solutions.
- Establish and promote technical strategies for software development, data migration, and integrations, guiding client teams toward proven methods.
- Contribute to project scoping, staffing plans, timelines, and goal setting within assigned workstreams.
- Ensure development and documentation align with defined specifications and industry standards.
- Present solution options and designs to stakeholders, clearly communicating proprietary methodologies in business and technical delivery.
- Engage in team meetings and maintain clear communication across internal and client-side roles, including architects, analysts, and project leads, providing status updates as needed.
- Contribute to internal intellectual property by developing offerings and accelerators, with depth in at least one specialized area.
- Take ownership in mentoring and developing junior team members.
