Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end SAP Cloud ERP solutions that meet customer requirements across the Nordics. Your expertise will guide projects from initial concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, NTT DATA standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive SAP Cloud ERP architectures tailored to client needs
- Define integration strategies, security models, performance criteria, and scalability requirements
- Apply SAP Activate principles and promote fit-to-standard approaches across implementations
- Provide technical oversight and architectural validation during project execution
- Support delivery teams in resolving complex functional and technical challenges
- Lead solution design in pre-sales phases, including scoping, estimation, and proposal development
- Develop clear, compelling solution narratives for customer presentations and RFP responses
- Deliver reference architectures, solution demos, and high-level designs
- Collaborate with sales and consulting leaders to match customer needs with appropriate SAP solutions
- Work closely with project managers, functional leads, and technical specialists
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Coordinate with Managed Services, Global Delivery teams, and SAP partners as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior SAP Solution Architect, with focus on SAP Cloud ERP—Public Cloud experience preferred
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard implementation approaches
- Track record in pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, customer engagement, and effort estimation
- Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial and delivery constraints
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort operating at both strategic and technical levels across business and IT domains
