Role Overview
This position is for a highly experienced Solution Architect tasked with designing and implementing technical solutions within payroll and human resources systems. The individual will ensure projects are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with client needs across the AMERICAS region. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute technical deliverables within established timelines

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must bring at least a decade of relevant experience, including time in service management roles within payroll or HR operations. Fluency in English and one or more local languages is required. Demonstrated proficiency in payroll systems and human resources services is essential.
Preference will be given to those with 10 or more years in client-facing roles, a history of meeting client demands efficiently, and proven success in designing cost-effective operational solutions. Formal project management training is considered an advantage.
