Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry
- At least 5 years in a comparable position
- Holding a Level 7 qualification or higher, such as a Master's degree, in an information and communication technology-related discipline
- Possession of at least two of the following credentials: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), or an equivalent globally recognized certification
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Understanding of architectural design for complex, distributed software systems
- Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale enterprise and cloud-native system architectures
- Practical experience in backend or frontend development using technologies such as .NET or JavaScript/TypeScript
- In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline strategy, containerization, orchestration, and platform engineering
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence outcomes without formal authority
- Capability to establish and convey a clear architectural vision and technical direction
- Skill in assessing technical risks and making strategic, high-impact decisions
- Experience guiding senior engineers, development leads, technical leads, and architects
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong aptitude for producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Effective problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments
- Proven leadership in technical domains
- Solid grasp of various software architecture patterns and styles
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience using ArchiMate for modeling system architectures
