Responsibilities

  • Guide a compact team of full-stack developers by overseeing daily tasks, defining technical strategy, and fostering professional development through coaching and consistent performance input.
  • Evolve and sustain a robust, high-performing, and compliant e-signature system using the .NET framework, ensuring long-term stability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UI designers and product stakeholders to build and refine features using Angular, while addressing front-end bugs and usability improvements.
  • Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, incident alerting, performance optimization, and deep-dive analysis to boost system responsiveness and availability.
  • Safeguard critical aspects of the e-signature solution including document authenticity, traceable audit logs, secure user authentication, and compliance with digital signature and privacy regulations.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, following best practices for scalability, fault tolerance, cost efficiency, and system observability.
  • Coordinate with Product and IT departments to schedule and validate deployments, ensuring each release meets strict standards for quality, performance, and security.
  • Participate in incident management and on-call rotations, resolving urgent platform issues promptly and communicating status transparently to stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and feature delivery across the software lifecycle.
  • Define technical specifications, align priorities for enhancements and maintenance with product teams, and contribute to peer reviews of architecture and code.
  • Quickly gain proficiency in existing codebases and frameworks; continuously refine applications and integrate modern technologies where beneficial.
  • Articulate rationale behind technical choices in code and accept accountability for system outcomes and performance.
  • Engage in performance optimization, testing, code refactoring, user experience upgrades, and automation; maintain and document software features effectively.
  • Enforce consistent standards in coding practices, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for existing and new technical implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers, coordinating day-to-day work, setting technical direction, and supporting each member's growth through mentorship and regular feedback.
  • Maintain and enhance a high-quality, secure, and scalable e-signature platform on the .NET technology stack, keeping it stable, performant, and compliant.
  • Work with UI designers and product owners to implement new Angular-based features, deliver enhancements, and resolve defects across the front end.
  • Own the reliability and health of the platform, including monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement of uptime and responsiveness.
  • Uphold the security, integrity, and auditability essential to an e-signature product, including document integrity, audit trails, authentication, and adherence to relevant e-signature and data-protection standards.
  • Operate and enhance the platform on Azure, applying cloud best practices for scalability, cost, resilience, and observability.
  • Partner closely with Product and IT teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule deployments, applying rigorous due diligence on quality, performance, and security before each release.
  • Participate in and coordinate incident response and on-call support for the platform, ensuring customer-impacting issues are resolved quickly and communicated clearly.
  • Collaborate effectively with AI-enabled development tools, improving discovery, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
  • Identify technical requirements, prioritize enhancement and maintenance work with product owners, and participate in peer reviews of solution design and related code.
  • Proactively learn the product frameworks and codebase; continually improve existing applications and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
  • Clearly justify technical decisions made in delivered code and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Participate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability improvements, and automation; support, maintain, and document software functionality.
  • Maintain coding, compliance, and security standards.
  • Provide maintenance and ongoing support for current and future technical solutions.
