Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of 6 to 12 software engineers
- Take full responsibility for one or more core technology systems, advancing capabilities through a forward-looking technical roadmap
- Partner with Product to align on objectives, ensuring clarity in both strategic OKRs and daily execution
- Ensure successful delivery of technical and product objectives
- Foster team growth through continuous feedback and performance improvement strategies
- Work with recruiting to identify and bring in top engineering talent
