Limble is hiring a Software Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Shape the long-term vision for the company's analytical data systems and lead its execution
  • Create a clear separation between operational data stores and analytical platforms to ensure performance and maintainability
  • Develop and maintain a reporting architecture used by product-aligned engineering teams
  • Collaborate with product leaders to convert business and customer insights needs into technical plans
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of skilled data and analytics engineers
  • Lead architectural decision reviews with senior engineers, presenting well-structured proposals and guiding consensus
  • Ensure data pipeline reliability by setting service level agreements for data timeliness and accuracy, implementing monitoring, and communicating issues
  • Define and enforce data quality and governance standards to ensure trust in data across engineering
  • Promote and support the adoption of the analytics framework across engineering teams
  • Remain technically engaged by reviewing key designs, contributing to system architecture, and assisting team problem-solving
