Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team while providing mentorship to support professional growth.
- Work closely with Product and Go-To-Market teams to shape technical roadmaps and strategic direction.
- Drive consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions with strong performance and reliability.
- Improve engineering practices, agile workflows, and adoption of AI tools to boost development speed and capability.
- Stay actively involved in system architecture and code, contributing to key features and solving complex technical issues.
