Role Overview
We need a skilled Full Stack Engineer who thrives in frontend development to take a leading role in building and evolving our core web applications. You'll be instrumental in advancing the Burner Web App, developing features for the internal Admin Portal, and contributing to other critical web initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts on the Burner Web App, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience
- Design, build, and maintain tools within the internal Admin Portal
- Collaborate on various web-based projects based on business needs
- Act as a hands-on developer for high-priority engineering initiatives
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions
- Provide technical leadership and help maintain architectural standards across teams

You have proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a clear emphasis on frontend development. Your background includes delivering scalable, user-focused web applications and supporting internal tools. You’re comfortable owning technical components while helping others grow through mentorship and collaboration.
