Responsibilities
- Improve and sustain web services and background processing components as part of an Agile development team
- Work jointly on designing and building services within their domain
- Take ownership of developing and maintaining multiple Python and C# API services that support customer-facing interfaces
- Participate in planning, designing, coding, and delivering user stories on schedule with high quality using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve intricate technical challenges
- Develop clean, maintainable code following established standards and industry best practices
- Recognize, report, and help resolve technical debt and potential risks
- Engage with Product Owners during release and iteration planning cycles
- Design, build, and document solutions aligned with business needs in an Agile environment
- Evaluate peer code for testability, long-term maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
- Guide and support less experienced team members through mentorship
