Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and release backend systems optimized for performance, emphasizing trading connectivity infrastructure.
- Onboard new liquidity providers into the existing network to expand platform capabilities and improve client value.
- Lead integration efforts from initial requirements through to production deployment, serving as the main technical liaison with external provider teams.
- Enhance the platform's scalability, dependability, security, and operational efficiency on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with product, engineering, support, and client teams to deliver solutions covering the complete trade lifecycle.
- Contribute to a transparent and inclusive team culture during periods of growth and expansion.
