Responsibilities
- Design and deploy engaging gameplay features used by millions of players every day
- Lead the full lifecycle of gameplay functionality, from development to launch and ongoing improvements
- Translate product goals into technical tasks and deliver accurate implementation timelines
- Produce efficient, readable, and standardized Roblox Lua code following team guidelines
- Develop robust systems with attention to long-term scalability, speed, and ease of maintenance
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and production staff to create polished gameplay
- Track live feature performance, detect issues early, and implement timely fixes
- Enhance code quality, streamline development processes, and strengthen system stability
- Engage in peer code reviews and help shape best practices for engineering excellence
- Test gameplay features firsthand and refine user experience for responsiveness and quality
