What You’ll Do
- Architect and refine blockchain systems with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and long-term security.
- Lead the creation, testing, and deployment of smart contracts across decentralised networks.
- Research emerging blockchain concepts and validate them through hands-on prototyping.
- Build and enhance cross-chain communication tools, including bridges and atomic swap mechanisms.
- Optimise algorithms for gas efficiency and performance on EVM-compatible environments.
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for blockchain development workflows.
- Identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and apply industry-leading security standards.
- Stay ahead of advancements in Web3, crypto primitives, and distributed systems.
- Review code, guide peers, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
- Work closely with auditors and product teams to ensure reliable and secure launches.
What We’re Looking For
You bring at least four years of software development experience, including two years focused on blockchain. You’re fluent in Solidity, Yul, and EVM internals, with direct experience on Ethereum and Layer 2 platforms like Optimistic and ZK Rollups. Knowledge of cross-chain protocols and a proven ability to audit and secure smart contracts are essential.
Senior candidates should demonstrate leadership in technical design and team mentorship.

Work Environment
