Responsibilities
- Develop systems that determine candidate eligibility for specific roles
- Create matching and allocation frameworks that optimize for speed, quality, and placement volume
- Enhance the performance and stability of real-time APIs used for marketplace decisions
- Build workflow engines to manage candidate onboarding, evaluation, routing, and placement
- Design backend abstractions that enable rapid iteration by product and machine learning teams without compromising system integrity
Compensation
Up to $15k Relocation bonus, $10K housing bonus (if living within 0.5 miles of office), $1.5K monthly meal stipend, $200 monthly laundry reimbursement, $200 monthly personal wellness reimbursement, bi-annual performance bonus, generous equity grant vested over 4 years
